Points for loyalty, benefits for points
We are launching a loyalty program on our e-shop! From now on, you will earn points for your purchases, which you can then redeem for discounts on future orders. Simple and advantageous for you, and for us, another way to make your shopping experience more enjoyable and, most importantly, to reward all our loyal customers.
How does it work?
For every 15 CZK / 0,6 EUR you spend on our shop, you earn 1 loyalty point. This means we are giving you back a generous (and devilish) 6.66% of your purchase value.
Each point earned is worth one crown / 0,04 EUR. You can then use the collected points as a discount on your next purchase. Just set how many points you want to use for that order in the final step of the shopping cart. Points are valid for 18 months from the purchase that earned you the points. If you don't use them in time, they will expire. But don't worry, we will always notify you by email when your points are about to expire.
You can use points anytime and in any amount, but unfortunately, it's not technically possible to combine them with another discount coupon, such as a gift voucher code.
You can earn points both for purchases made through the e-shop and for purchases in our physical store or, for example, at a booth at a tournament. In such cases, just remind the staff to link the purchase to your account.
How do I know how many points I will get?
The number of points for each order will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart. You will also see how many points will be credited for the purchase of each product in the product details.
Points are always credited based on the actual final value of the order. For example, if you use a gift voucher that reduces the order price to 150 CZK, you will earn 10 points for the purchase.
The total balance of your account will always be visible in the upper right corner of the e-shop or in more detail on your customer account page.
How do I start collecting points?
To take advantage of our program, all you need is a customer account on our e-shop. If you don’t have one yet, here is the link to create an account: www.ultimo.cz/en/registration/. It only takes a few moments, and you don’t have to worry about anything else. Plus, as a new registration bonus, we will give you 30 points to start with. And so that our existing customers don’t feel left out, we’ve credited you with 30 points as well.
Earning extra points
In addition to points for purchases, you can earn extra points in other ways. For example, by signing up for our newsletter or as a gift for your name day.
From time to time, we will come up with other offers that will earn you extra points, such as for helping out at our tournaments and other projects.
Who and what is not eligible for the loyalty system?
The loyalty system is intended for individual customers. Wholesale customers or, for example, disc golf club accounts that purchase prizes for tournaments, course equipment, etc., are not eligible to earn points.
Points cannot be earned for products from two brands with which we have partnerships—ČAU Frisbee and PDGA Europe. By purchasing their products, you are directly supporting these organizations; we simply provide the sales platform. For some products, such as Beam Sunglasses, the point coefficient is a bit different than for other products. The number of points will always be visible on the product page.
